Accessibility should not be an afterthought. Everyone should have the same experiences regardless of their disability, race or gender.

05 — Never assume

Always challenge your own assumptions. Bring clarity by talking to customers as often as you can and make data-informed decisions with your partners.

06 — Never settle

Be comfortable with ambiguity but chase after your curiosity and find clarity. This is when you can be the most creative and push boundaries.
